I summarized everything about the company (EJH) in the bullet points. It is going to be short article. It is not worth to dig deeper in analysis because it is self explanatory, look at the chart below.

The company have already conducted 2 reverse splits; If you invested $10,000 prior to reverse split, your investment is now worth less than a $1

There was no shortage of press releases for the company ranging from winning contracts to share buy back. As you know, $8 million share buyback did not happen. The company deserves the SEC investigation. Majority of Chinese companies use US capitol market to pay their operating expenses. There is no shareholder value at all. Out of that, not sure how many companies really do exist. It is what it is.

The best thing to do is invest in quality companies; do not rely on pump and dump. It is very stressful.
